Ali Osman Berk Şapcı

I’m a Ph.D. candidate in the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology program at the University of California, San Diego, working with Siavash Mirarab. My research interests broadly fall under computational biology, more specifically metagenomics, phylogenetics/phylogenomics, and, to a lesser extent, population genetics.
